Gary Schultz is President of The Village Board. His relationship with Penn State University stretches back to 1971. He is retired Vice President of Finance at PSU, he has also served in Investment Management, and Human Resources and other positions. Schultz also received his B.S. and M. S in Engineering from the university. Schultz is a sought after Board member for business and non-profits alike.
Jack Infield is Vice President of The Village Board as well as Regional President for Graystone Bank in Centre and Blair Counties. He has more than 30 years banking experience in the local market and holds a Masters degree from PSU.
John Rhodes joined The Village Board and Board Finance Committee in February, 2009. Rhodes is from the Harrisburg area and is a Penn State alumni. He is the founder of Rhodes Development Group which develops multi-family housing, commercial high rises, and medical office buildings among other ventures. He also has considerable background in banking, particularly in real estate lending. He also serves on the board of another life care community in the Lancaster area.
Jim Carnes is the retired President and CEO of the Sarnoff Corporation. He is a PSU graduate and earned a Ph.D. from Princeton. He is on several boards and serves as a Director of C-COR, Inc.
Arnold Hoffman was Senior Managing Director of the Investment Banking Division of Legg Mason, Wood Walker, Inc. Now retired, he serves on the Board of companies in such diverse areas as computer software and biotechnical support. He received his Liberal Arts degree from PSU and is a Penn State Distinguished Alumni and Alumni Fellow.
Rodney Kirsch has served Penn State University since February, 1996, first as Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations and since May, 2006 as Senior Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations. From 1996 to 2003 he managed and led the Grand Destiny Campaign which raised nearly $1.4 billion. Penn State began the leadership gift phase of a new campaign in 2007. Kirsch oversees a division of 350 employees responsible for alumni relations and development at Penn State's 24 campus locations, including the main campus at University Park. Over his 27 year career in university fundraising, he has also served Indiana University, the University of California at Berkeley and Drake University. For the past eight years, he has been a faculty member of the Big Ten Fundraisers Institute.

He earned his bachelor's degree in English from the University of North Dakota, where he graduated summa cum laude with Phi Beta Kappa honors. He also earned a master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Indiana University in Bloomington.

Bill Mahon is Vice President for University Relations at PSU. Affiliated with the university since 1984, he is the creator of the Penn State Newswire system, which emails university news to over a half million subscribers. Mahon received his Masters in Speech Communications from PSU on 1994.
Paul Rigby retired from PSU in 1995 as Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Programs and Professor of Business Administration. Other Board positions include the Advisory Board for the Penn State Student Publication, LaVie, Nittany Valley Symphony, and Nittany Valley Guild.
Thomas E. Schwartz is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and The Dickinson School of Law. He is President of Immersion, Ltd., a commercial sales office and wholly-owned subsidiary of NPC. Prior to that he was its Executive Vice President and General Counsel for NPC and was a partner in the law firm of McQuaide Blasko. He has served on several other local boards.
Susan Welch is Dean of the College of the Liberal Arts and Professor of Political Science at PSU. She holds a M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois. A specialist in American politics, she has published eight books, including two textbooks.
