Marianne Hogg, Executive Director of The Village at Penn State, brought her
extensive expertise to no less than three retirement communities. Serving The Village since
2006, she relishes the special dynamic the Penn State affiliation brings to this community
and the myriad of opportunities it provides.
Marianne is a Pennsylvania-licensed nursing home administrator who worked in the hospital sector
before focusing on non-profit agencies serving seniors. In addition, she holds two masters
degrees: one in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, and another in Health Systems
Management from Carnegie-Mellon. Her background uniquely qualifies her for the demands of
administering The Village.
