The VPS is the only Five Star Rated Skilled Nursing Facility in Centre County

The Atrium, the Village at Penn State's skilled nursing center has received a 5-star rating by Medicare, the best possible ranking. It is the only community in Centre County with the 5 star ranking.

Nursing Facilities are rated overall and on health inspections, nursing facility staffing and quality measures. More stars are better.
